REDO 2

I did another re do of purple chinese dress that I had awhile ago and I deleted it . If you want to see the original you can see it here ([link]). I think when I first made the pic it was suppose to be Miwako from Paradise Kiss.

Edit: I noticed I didn't put a back ground and deviant art decided to fill it in with a ugly blob of black with blobs of other colors around it. Totally lame sauce ) :< YOU RUINED IT DEVIANT ART.
